Private GP Concierge Service – Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Dr Dawson’s Health Ltd’s Private GP Concierge Service. These terms and conditions govern your membership with us. Please read them carefully before signing up. By subscribing to our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
Our Private GP Concierge Service offers personalised, preventative, and proactive general medical care through direct access to experienced doctors. It is designed to provide timely, holistic support focused on long-term health optimisation, early detection of risk, and enhanced quality of life.
2. Scope of Service
2.1 Included Services
Direct access to your private GP via in-person, virtual, or telephone consultations
Comprehensive health and wellbeing assessments
Personalised longevity and lifestyle medicine planning
Private referrals where clinically indicated
Coordination of diagnostics, including blood testing and imaging (via third-party partners)
Preventative advice and chronic disease risk reduction strategies
2.2 Excluded Services
We do not provide or take responsibility for cancer screening. Members must continue participating in NHS cancer screening programmes (e.g. bowel, breast, cervical).
We do not provide NHS chronic disease screening (e.g. diabetes, hypertension). Ongoing screening through the NHS or specialist providers is essential.
Emergency care is not included. For urgent or life-threatening issues, please call 999, attend A&E, or use NHS 111.
We do not prescribe controlled substances, issue medico-legal reports, or manage conditions outside the remit of general practice.
3. Use of Partner Providers
To deliver high-quality care, we work with trusted third-party providers for diagnostics such as blood tests and imaging.
All regulated services are carried out by providers registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or equivalent.
While we support coordination, Dr Dawson’s Health Ltd is not liable for the performance, delays, or outcomes of third-party services.
You retain the right to choose whether to proceed with services offered by third-party partners.
Relevant information may be securely shared with these providers in line with our Privacy Policy and your consent.
4. Member Responsibilities
4.1 NHS Registration
You must remain registered with an NHS GP and ensure you participate in all national screening and vaccination programs.
We do not have automatic access to your NHS records; sharing relevant medical history is your responsibility.
4.2 Providing Accurate Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate health information.
We cannot accept responsibility for adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed or inaccurate information.
4.3 Following Medical Advice
You are responsible for acting on medical advice, referrals, or follow-up investigations.
Continued engagement with NHS screening and specialist care is strongly advised.
5. Fees and Membership
5.1 Membership Fees
Fees include access to services outlined in your service package.
Additional costs for diagnostics, treatments, or specialist referrals will be discussed in advance.
5.2 Cancellations
You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate membership in cases of inappropriate conduct or repeated non-compliance with medical advice.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
6. Liability
We strive to provide excellent care, but outcomes can vary.
Dr Dawson’s Health Ltd and its clinicians are not responsible for harm resulting from third-party services, failure to follow advice, or delays in care.
This membership does not replace NHS services, nor does it guarantee specific health outcomes.
7. Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information will only be shared with third parties as needed for your care and with your consent.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms
